To use Ignito, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
• Have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
• Provide accurate registration information

4. Strava Integration

Ignito integrates with the Strava API.

By connecting your Strava account:

• You authorize us to access activity data required for challenge verification
• You confirm you have the right to share that data
• You understand that Strava's own terms apply to their platform

We are not responsible for Strava service interruptions.

5. Fair Play & Integrity

Ignito operates on trust and accountability.

Users must:

• Submit genuine activity data
• Avoid manipulation of tracking systems
• Not falsify results
• Not use automated tools to fake performance

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify participants
• Remove leaderboard entries
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

6. Payments & Refunds

If challenges require entry fees:

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers
• Fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• International shipping fees (if applicable) are the participant's responsibility

Specific event rules may include additional payment terms.

7. Physical Participation Disclaimer

Participation in endurance activities involves risk.

You acknowledge:

• You participate voluntarily
• You are responsible for your health and fitness
• Ignito is not liable for injuries, medical conditions, or damages arising from participation

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Ignito, including:

• Logos
• Design
• Branding
• Content
• Platform structure

is the property of Ignito and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ignito is provided "as is."

We are not liable for:

• Technical interruptions
• Data loss
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination
